Verify Your Email Address
After signup, check your email inbox (including spam folder) for a verification link. Click the link to activate your account. Email verification ensures account security and enables all features.
Add Your Parties (Clients)
Add all your clients/parties to the system. Party management works exactly like Miracle software - organize clients, add contact details, and manage multiple parties seamlessly.
Tip: Add parties first before importing ledgers for better organization.
Import Miracle Ledgers (ZIP or Excel)
Two Options Available: Upload your Miracle ledger master ZIP file OR Excel file. System automatically extracts all ledgers/accounts and makes them available for auto-selection during PDF conversion.
Option 1: Miracle ZIP Import
Upload your Miracle ZIP export (contains DBF files). System automatically extracts all ledgers, accounts, and master data. Most convenient option!

Switch Party Globally (Just Like Miracle)
Global Party Switch Feature: Change your active party from anywhere in the system. Once switched, ALL conversions and operations use this party's data automatically. Works exactly like Miracle software!
How it works: Select party from dropdown → All bank PDFs, ecommerce conversions, and exports use this party's ledgers automatically.
Convert Bank PDF with Auto-Ledger Selection
When converting bank PDF to Excel/XML, select your active party first. After PDF conversion, system automatically redirects to "Verify Records" page where ledgers/accounts are automatically selected based on your past selections and imported ledger data!
Step 1: Upload Bank PDF
Upload your bank statement PDF (password-protected supported). System extracts all transactions.
Step 2: Select Party
Choose the party/client for this conversion. System remembers this party's ledger preferences.
Step 3: Auto-Convert
System converts PDF using Python ML engine. Extracts transactions with automated validation and balance checks.
Step 4: Auto-Ledger Selection
Magic happens here! System automatically selects ledgers based on:
- Your past ledger selections for similar transactions
- Imported Miracle ledger data
- ML pattern matching that learns from corrections
