2. Description of Service

LedgerConnect provides a platform for converting bank PDF statements to Miracle-compatible Excel files. Our service uses advanced AI technology to ensure accurate conversion of financial data.

2.1. Google Sign-In Service

LedgerConnect offers the option to sign up and sign in using your Google account for a seamless registration experience. By choosing to use Google sign-in, you authorize us to access certain information from your Google account, including your email address, name, and phone number (if available in your Google Contacts or profile). You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. The use of Google sign-in is optional, and you can always create an account using traditional email and password registration.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to upload and process the documents they submit. Users must not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of our platform.

3.1. Google Account Authorization

If you choose to use Google sign-in, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• Ensuring that you have the authority to grant us access to your Google account information
• Keeping your Google account information up to date
• Revoking our access if you no longer wish to use Google sign-in

You understand that by using Google sign-in, you are granting LedgerConnect permission to access and use your Google account information (email, name, phone number) as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Data Processing

We process your uploaded documents to provide the conversion service. Your documents are processed securely and are not stored permanently on our servers. We do not share your financial data with third parties.

4.1. Phone Number Processing

When you sign up using Google sign-in, we may automatically retrieve your phone number from your Google Contacts or profile (if available and you grant permission). This phone number is stored securely in our database and used for account verification, security purposes, and communication as described in our Privacy Policy. You can update or delete your phone number at any time through your account settings.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

LedgerConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our conversions, we cannot guarantee that all conversions will be error-free. Users should verify the accuracy of converted data before using it for financial purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
